How we cover MSPs.

IT Support Report is an educational resource on managed IT. This page explains how managed service providers appear on the site and what sponsored content looks like.

No pay-to-play rankings.

We do not sell editorial placement, rankings, or recommendations. When a provider is mentioned, profiled, or recommended in an editorial guide, it is because our research team chose to include them—not because they paid.

No lead routing or referrals.

We do not operate a matching service, collect reader contact information on behalf of providers, or take referral fees for introductions. Readers contact providers on their own terms, through the providers’ own websites or public contact information.

What sponsored content looks like.

We do publish a limited amount of sponsored content. When we do, it is labeled clearly at the top of the piece (“Sponsored” or “Paid content from [sponsor]”), visually distinct from editorial layouts, excluded from our guides and recommendations, and held to the same accuracy standards as everything else we publish. Getting profiled or listed.

Editorial listings in our regional, industry, and service guides are curated by our research team. We consider company size, specialization, length of operation, public reputation, and whether a provider is actively serving the segment in question. There is no application form and no fee. We source candidates from our own research, reader tips, and public information.

Corrections & factual updates.
